By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the xck44 platform located at xck44.com (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legally binding agreement between you and xck44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and all products and services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, crash games, promotional bonuses, and customer support services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of the device or connection method used to access xck44. This includes users accessing the Platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or Progressive Web App (PWA) on any Android or iOS device. Users accessing xck44 via any third-party link, referral, or promotional channel are equally bound by these terms from the moment they interact with the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an xck44 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not be diagnosed with or otherwise aware of a gambling addiction that would make engagement with the Platform harmful to you.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

xck44 takes its age verification obligations seriously. The Company reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including a scanned copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending a full investigation.

Where xck44 determines, at its sole discretion, that an account holder is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, xck44 will immediately and permanently close the account, void all wagers placed and winnings generated from those wagers, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Any deposited funds attributable to a verified minor will be handled in accordance with xck44's responsible gaming policy and applicable legal requirements.

Each individual may hold only one registered xck44 account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. xck44 employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xck44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xck44 will treat all actions taken under your account credentials as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were directly responsible for those actions.

You agree to notify xck44 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security. xck44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

The information you provide during registration, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment method details, must be accurate and kept current. xck44 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and deliver account communications. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure.

xck44 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without notice at xck44's sole discretion.

Minimum deposit: ৳300. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change and any updates will be reflected in the cashier section of the Platform. xck44 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xck44 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are generally completed within two to four business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) banking hours. xck44 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking infrastructure, or events outside xck44's reasonable control.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your xck44 account.
• xck44 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment method verification before approving any withdrawal request.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is operated by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disputed or reversed deposit transaction, xck44 reserves the right to void any wagers placed using the disputed funds and recover the disputed amount from the account balance.

xck44 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances do not constitute deposits within the meaning of any applicable banking regulation. Funds held in your xck44 account are kept in a segregated account separate from xck44's operational funds, ensuring your balance is protected in the event of company insolvency.

xck44 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day campaigns), and referral rewards to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all xck44 promotional offers:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal request can include funds derived from the bonus or winnings generated from bonus play.
• Eligible games: Not all games on xck44 contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. xck44 reserves the right to withhold bonuses where abuse or circumvention is suspected.

xck44 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. In order to protect the integrity of the Platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Opening or operating more than one xck44 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human method to place wagers, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to xck44 support immediately; exploiting them for financial gain is prohibited.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through xck44's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information to xck44 support, compliance, or verification teams.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the xck44 Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting xck44 support to resolve the underlying issue.

Where xck44 identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of these fair use rules, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the account under investigation, void all wagers and winnings connected to the suspected breach, withhold any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of any funds improperly obtained. xck44's determination in such matters is final and binding.

All content on the xck44 Platform — including but not limited to the xck44 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, page layouts, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of xck44 or its licensed content and game studio partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of xck44.

Game content made available through the Platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is used by xck44 under valid commercial licensing agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights in addition to xck44's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xck44 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if xck44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xck44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xck44 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability — particularly during high-traffic events such as BPL finals and T20 World Cup fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — xck44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities is not permitted, xck44's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall xck44's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your xck44 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xck44 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services integrated into the Platform, including payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) and game studio platforms (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly.

xck44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where xck44 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A duplicate account associated with the same individual has been identified.
• The account holder is found or reasonably suspected to be under the age of 18.
• xck44 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order of a competent authority.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under xck44's responsible gaming policy.

You may voluntarily close your xck44 account at any time by contacting the live chat support team or emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where account closure results from a breach of these Terms & Conditions, xck44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is established, xck44 reserves the right to recover losses and report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

xck44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication of the revised document on this page, unless xck44 expressly specifies a later effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions, xck44 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-Platform notification. However, xck44's failure to provide such advance notice shall not invalidate the amendment or delay its entry into force.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xck44 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and conducts its operations in accordance with the principles of fair play, consumer protection, and responsible gaming as widely recognised in the international online gaming industry.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
